of the corporation and acts as a forum for information gathering and
sharing, strategic discussion, planning and more.

John C. Reap
President and Chief Executive Officer
John Reap joined Town North Bank in 1976 and became president
and CEO in 1994. In his role, he heads all divisions of the
company — banking and card services. Under his leadership, TNB has
grown from $120 million in assets to its current size of over $1
billion in assets. A native of Little Rock, Mr. Reap earned his
B.S. in business administration at the University of Arkansas
and his M.B.A at Southern Methodist University. He is a graduate
of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the
University of Virginia. Mr. Reap serves on the Dean's Executive
Advisory Board of the Sam Walton College of Business at the
University of Arkansas.

Jack L. Tucker
Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Jack Tucker joined Town North Bank in 2000, bringing to TNB
over 30 years of industry experience including CEO, general
management, business development and credit card experience. As
COO, he oversees all internal operations of the bank. A
Longview, Texas native, Mr. Tucker is a graduate of East Texas
State University and the Graduate School of Retail Bank
Management at the University of Virginia.

Danny W. Bishop
Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer
Danny Bishop joined Town North Bank in 2006 as TNB realigned
its lending division to accommodate the growth of the bank's
asset base. Mr. Bishop's 20-plus years of experience in
correspondent, commercial, commercial real estate and retail
lending provide valuable expertise to the bank as he oversees
the management and growth of the bank's loan portfolio. Mr.
Bishop graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in
agricultural economics with emphasis in finance. He is also a
graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at
Southern Methodist University, and has taught as a member of the
school's faculty.

Ronald L. Burnette
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Ron Burnette assumed the role of Chief Credit Officer in
2006, after serving as the bank's Chief Lending Officer since he
joined the bank in 1996. A native of Waco, Texas, Mr. Burnette held
senior management positions at several banks throughout central
and north Texas prior to joining TNB. In his role, he oversees
the underwriting asset quality management of the bank's lending
division. Mr. Burnette is a graduate of Texas A&M University,
and he has completed the requirements for a masters in economics
from Baylor University.

Gary Farrar
Executive Vice President and Chief Operations and Technology
Officer
Gary Farrar joined Town North Bank in 2004 as CIO.
His extensive technology, project management and operations
experience includes consulting and senior management positions
in the financial services industry. In 2007 he was named Chief
Operations Officer overseeing lobby operations, compliance, data
operations and loan operations. He also oversees the bank's
strategic planning process. Mr. Farrar received both his B.S. in
quantitative analysis and his M.B.A from Louisiana Tech
University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking
at Louisiana State University.

Nan B. Fuller
Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources
Nan Fuller joined Town North Bank in 2005 with nearly 20
years of human resources experience. With experience in
different industries, she provides a depth of expertise that
complements the bank's growth and diversification. In her role,
she oversees the day-to-day HR function throughout the company.
Ms. Fuller has a bachelor's degree in business from Baylor
University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas.

D. Kert Moore
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kert Moore has served as TNB's CFO since he joined the bank
in 1994. Prior to that, he was the CFO and treasurer of two
Dallas-based financial institutions. In his role as CFO, Mr.
Moore is responsible for all facets of the financial management
of the bank, as well as the audit and investment functions. Mr.
Moore is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in
finance, a Certified Public Accountant, and has the series 63
and 65 NASD license.

Scott Wagner
Executive Vice President and Card Services Division Manager
Scott Wagner joined TNB Card Services in 2005, bringing more
than 20 years of executive experience in corporate and
entrepreneurial business management and card services to TNB. In
his role, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of the card services division. Mr. Wagner has a
bachelor's degree and master's degree, both in finance, from the
University of Nebraska.

Patrick H. Hazelip
First Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Patrick Hazelip joined TNB in 1995 and was promoted to his
current position in 2006. His banking experience includes more
than 20 years of accounting management and auditing. Prior
to that, he worked for 6 years in public accounting. Mr.
Hazelip is a graduate of Harding University with a B.B.A. in
accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
