Town North Bank, N.A. Appoints Mark Fenner
As Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager
DALLAS – April 14, 2008 – Leading Dallas community bank Town North Bank has appointed Mark Fenner as senior vice president and national sales manager for its TNB Card Services division.
John C. Reap, president and CEO of the bank, announced Fenner’s appointment today. Fenner has assumed leadership responsibility for new business development of TNB’s credit and debit card processing and agent issuing services.
As a veteran sales executive, Fenner will leverage his solid track record and success in sales, consulting, and client management to drive new growth for TNB’s electronic payment services for credit unions.

Fenner brings more than 20 years of sales history to TNB. His experience spans the financial services and technology industries, in which he managed and led sales teams in initiating and expanding business relationships with companies such as Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, American Express, and Alliance Data Corp.
